Useful information
Are all the perfumes currently available?
Yes. Current stock is two Yara Pink bottles and one each of Yara Tous, Asad, Asad Bourbon and Khamrah.
Is delivery included in the price?
No. Delivery is charged separately and confirmed using the customer’s location.
Can a bottle be reserved?
A bottle is only reserved after ORVELLA confirms the order directly. Adding an item to the bag does not hold stock.
How do I avoid paying the wrong account?
Only use payment details sent through the official ORVELLA contact after your order has been confirmed.
